Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "911jili" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming website accessible at 911jili.org and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.
• "User," "You," or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 911jili platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on 911jili.
• "Funds" refers to any Philippine Peso (₱) balance held in a Player's 911jili account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by 911jili to Players, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real funds.

By accessing the 911jili platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

911jili reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of the age requirement will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at 911jili's sole discretion.

To access the full features of 911jili, including depositing funds and placing wagers, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

Each individual may hold only one active 911jili account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 911jili employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended without notice.

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 911jili login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 911jili will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately via live chat.

911jili may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on 911jili are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used.
• Accepted payment methods include: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 911jili account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider.
• 911jili does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• Cryptocurrency deposits of any kind are not accepted on 911jili.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 911jili does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals from your 911jili account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your verified 911jili account details.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.
• 911jili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or AML concerns.

911jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited.
• 911jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using bonus funds on excluded games, or employing low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonus winnings may be capped at a maximum withdrawal amount as specified in the individual promotion terms.

All games available on the 911jili platform — including live casino, slots, fish shooting, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. The following general principles apply across all games:

• All 911jili casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real time and governed by the rules displayed at each table. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the round outcome will be determined by the game server records.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the event commences. Bets placed at a specific odds value will be honored at that value unless the bet is voided under applicable rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 911jili platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all funds:

1. Registering more than one account or assisting others in doing so.
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform.
3. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
4. Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage.
5. Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
6. Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
7. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 911jili platform.
8. Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other Players or the operation of the platform.
9. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity.

All content on the 911jili platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of 911jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 911jili platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 911jili platform without prior written consent.

911jili collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on 911jili, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

911jili will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification services) is limited to what is strictly necessary for the provision of those services.

911jili takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 911jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

911jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your 911jili account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

911jili does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk. 911jili shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or force majeure events.

911jili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to other Players or 911jili staff.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities.

You may close your 911jili account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 911jili platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform operations, 911jili's internal records and server logs shall constitute prima facie evidence of the facts in dispute.

911jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 911jili will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top. Your continued use of the 911jili platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
